These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are at liberty to decline the use of our services.

Services

Supercleen Mobile Carwash provides mobile carwash services at customer locations. Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working environments or vehicle conditions that could result in damage. To save customers hours of their time, we deliver the most convenient, reliable, and fair-priced car cleaning service that comes to you, raining or not(as long as your car is under a shade or inside the garage).

Pricing and Payment

All service prices are clearly listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made upon completion of services. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit cards, mobile payments].
Additional charges may apply for services not covered in standard packages, such as excessive dirt or special requests.
Please note that a €5 travel charge will be added to all 'Interior & Exterior' packages.

Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be booked online or via phone. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or SMS.
We require [24/48 hours] notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee of 10 Euros.
In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to the scheduled appointment.
Supercleen Mobile Carwash will not be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle during service.

Liability

We will take all reasonable care while cleaning your vehicle; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages, including but not limited to paintwork, glass, or interiors.
In the rare event of any damage caused during the service, you must notify us within 24 hours for an investigation. Our company is fully insured.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Modifications to Terms

Supercleen Mobile Carwash reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
